Scheduling & Care Coordinator
Natalie Rico serves as the Care Coordinator at Provision Home Care, where she is dedicated to ensuring every client receives reliable, compassionate care without interruption. Drawing from her previous experience as a caregiver, Natalie brings a unique perspective to her role, understanding firsthand the challenges, responsibilities, and meaningful relationships that come with caring for others.
She oversees caregiver scheduling, client coverage, and EVV compliance, working behind the scenes to keep daily operations running smoothly. Her caregiving background allows her to anticipate potential challenges before they arise, helping maintain Provision’s high standard of care while providing peace of mind to both clients and their families. Denise Acosta is Provision Home Care’s Billing and Insurance Specialist, bringing more than a decade of experience in medical billing and coding since 2011. Her expertise, attention to detail, and passion for helping others help ensure the agency delivers exceptional service to both clients and caregivers.
She oversees billing, insurance, compliance, and the scheduling of evaluations and supervisory visits to maintain Provision’s high standard of care. As Provision’s Marketing and Community Liaison, Dee enjoys building relationships throughout the community and sharing the agency’s mission of compassionate, dependable care.
