Our agency provides RN delegation, which allows a registered nurse to perform teaching to our caregivers on PEG tube feedings, tracheostomy care and much more. This is especially helpful for clients on hospice services or those who are bed bound.
A registered nurse also supervises our caregivers and provides continuing education so that they are empowered to provide the best care possible.
In addition to this, our caregivers are trained by physical therapists who provide fall precaution, safe transfers and range of motion trainings throughout the year.
